This page describes the informational K.S.P. website and business correspondence. It is not the privacy notice for a live Cadence patient-account service.
Who operates this site

Visiting the website
The site is made of informational pages. It has no patient login, treatment-record forms, file uploads, payment checkout, or research-enrollment form. The pages do not add advertising trackers, session-replay tools, analytics scripts, embedded social widgets, or third-party fonts.
Cloudflare provides website delivery and infrastructure. Requests to a hosting service can include an IP address, requested page, browser and device information, and request time. Cloudflare may process technical information and use security mechanisms to deliver and protect the site. This infrastructure processing is different from storing dialysis records in the app.
We do not add tracking cookies in the page code. Hosting or security services may use their own technical mechanisms; a site without advertising code is not a promise that no infrastructure data is processed. Cloudflare operates a global network, so website-delivery processing is not represented as confined to the United States.
When you email us
We receive your email address, the content you send, and associated message information. We use Google Workspace for business correspondence. We use these communications to respond, troubleshoot ordinary software issues, handle privacy or security requests, and maintain appropriate business records.
Please do not send medical records, access photographs, authentication secrets, government identifiers, or payment information. We do not provide a medical-record submission channel through these email links. Clicking an email link opens your email service; it does not automatically send a message.
Use and disclosure
Service providers process information needed to deliver the website and email. We may also disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to address security incidents or protect legal rights. We do not sell information submitted through this website or use it for targeted advertising. No AI inbox integration is installed as part of this website.
How long information is kept
Business correspondence is kept as needed to respond, maintain appropriate records, and meet applicable legal obligations. Hosting and email infrastructure records also depend on provider settings and applicable requirements. We do not represent the future app’s clinical-record deletion timetable as the retention policy for this informational website.
Your requests
Contact privacy@kspholdingsgroup.com to ask about access to or correction or deletion of personal information you have sent us. We may need appropriate verification, and some records may be retained where required or permitted by applicable law. Legal rights depend on the circumstances and jurisdiction; this page does not limit rights provided by applicable law.
Future app and research services
Publishing this website does not launch Cadence accounts, clinical monitoring, or a research program. Those services will require their own accurate notices and appropriate choices before they are offered. Emails and website visits do not create research participation.
Changes
We will update this page when the website’s practices change. Material additions such as forms, analytics, AI processing, or a patient service require a fresh review of the notice rather than assuming this text already covers them.
